Internship Opportunity: Commercial
Are you a true commercial all-rounder eager to develop your skills in sales and marketing? This internship might be perfect for you! It’s a unique opportunity to explore the commercial field broadly and discover where your passions lie.
What will you be doing?
As a commercial intern, you’ll be involved in sales, marketing, and a bit of business development. We offer a dynamic environment where you can learn and grow. Here are some examples of your tasks, though we’re open to your own ideas and interests!
💼 Sales
- Supporting the setup and execution of sales strategies
- Actively helping to acquire new clients
- Engaging in direct outreach via phone calls
- Identifying new sales opportunities
📊 Marketing
- Assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns
- Contributing to our online presence and brand visibility
- Conducting market research and competitive analyses
📈 Business Development
- Helping identify growth opportunities and market expansion strategies
- Collaborating with other departments to uncover cross-selling opportunities

Who are we looking for?
- HBO/WO level of thinking and working
- Availability for at least 4 months, 24–40 hours per week
- Excellent command of the Dutch language
- Interest in recruitment, psychology, or assessments is a plus
- Experience isn’t necessary—proactivity is a must!
P.S. You don’t need to be enrolled in a specific study program, though related fields might include commercial economics, business studies, international business, business administration, psychology, applied psychology, sales and account management, and many more.
