As DPD partnered with The Selection Lab, they created more structure in their process through uniform selection and interview questions. This resulted in a 4 out of 5 star candidate experience and a more efficient selection process for both candidates and hiring managers. Furthermore, 89% of candidates reported feeling more positive or neutral about DPD after completing the assessment, while 91% viewed the assessment as part of the recruitment process in a positive or neutral light. The outcome was a more efficient selection process for both candidates and recruiters.
