Solution

In collaboration with The Selection Lab, VANAD Engage introduced more structure into their process by using uniform selection and interview questions. This resulted in a positive experience of 4.3 out of 5 stars from candidates. Furthermore, 96% of candidates reported feeling more positive or neutral about VANAD Engage after completing the assessment, while 93% viewed the assessment as part of the recruitment process in a positive or neutral light. The outcome was a more efficient selection process for both candidates and recruiters.
