VANAD Engage wanted to make their selection process more efficient while providing candidates, who they place at Odido, with a positive experience. Additionally, they aimed to better support their recruiters during interviews, making these conversations more focused and effective.

Solution

In collaboration with The Selection Lab, VANAD Engage introduced more structure into their process by using uniform selection and interview questions. This resulted in a positive experience of 4.3 out of 5 stars from candidates. Furthermore, 96% of candidates reported feeling more positive or neutral about VANAD Engage after completing the assessment, while 93% viewed the assessment as part of the recruitment process in a positive or neutral light. The outcome was a more efficient selection process for both candidates and recruiters.
