Wij zijn JONG, an organization committed to enriching the development of young children in the Netherlands, sought to streamline their recruitment process while providing candidates with a positive experience. They also aimed to offer their recruiters better support during interviews, enabling more focused and effective conversations.
In partnership with The Selection Lab, Wij zijn JONG implemented uniform selection and interview questions, adding structure to their process. This led to a 4.1 out of 5-star rating from candidates, with 97% feeling positive or neutral post-assessment and 96.5% finding the assessment valuable. This approach ultimately improved efficiency for both candidates and recruiters.
