As a Hiring Technology Consultant (Business Development Representative), you'll be a driving force behind our growth. Our ambitions are sky-high, so there’s plenty of room for you to innovate. You'll create valuable business opportunities with companies looking to optimize their hiring processes. By understanding their needs, you’ll help improve our services continuously. Collaborating with colleagues from Development, Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships, you'll make an impact every day.

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Thrive on engaging warm leads and having meaningful conversations with potential clients. With your enthusiasm, you ensure a seamless sales journey—from first contact to scheduling demos for our Account Executives.
  • Dive into the hiring challenges of potential clients, demonstrating how our technology can provide immediate value. You'll analyze their current processes and offer concrete examples of how we can improve them.
  • Bring energy to our marketing and sales campaigns. From content calendars to engaging email campaigns, your efforts will help expand our client base.
  • Spot opportunities in the market: with your personal approach and persuasive communication skills, you’ll connect with key decision-makers and win them over.

Is this you?

You’re proactive, thrive in an innovative environment, and have a knack for building relationships. You’re organized, results-driven, and ready to go the extra mile. Combine that with ambition, and you’re exactly who we’re looking for.

Additionally, you have:

  • 0 to 3 years of work experience, preferably in a recruitment-related role.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written (in Dutch and English).
  • A results-oriented mindset and the drive to push beyond expectations.
  • Curiosity about the latest developments in HR tech and recruitment.
