As a Content Creator at The Selection Lab, you’re the driving force behind our visual identity. You create videos, images, and magazines that spotlight our mission and AI-driven proposition. With our ambitious growth goals, there’s plenty of room to make an impact with creative and innovative content. Collaborating with colleagues from marketing, customer success, and frontend development, you’ll develop content that shows companies how our technology adds value to their selection process.
Some of your responsibilities:
- Create inspiring videos and visuals that perfectly capture the core of our proposition.
- Design our magazines in InDesign.
- Build and maintain our website in Webflow.
- Use ChatGPT daily to brainstorm ideas, streamline tasks, and optimize content.
- Work closely with the team to continuously tailor our content to meet the needs and challenges of our target audience and clients.

Does This Sound Like You?
You thrive in a dynamic environment, are creative, and enjoy the challenge of producing high volumes of content. You’re hands-on and ideally have an affinity for AI. Additionally, you bring:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in content creation, with a strong background in animation and design.
- Fluency in Dutch and strong English skills.
- Proficiency with ChatGPT and Figma (preferred).
- Knowledge of programs such as InDesign and Webflow (preferred).
- A results-driven mindset and a passion for high-volume content creation.
- An interest in AI and technologies transforming the selection process.
