Each year, OTTO receives 75,000 job applications from candidates across multiple countries. With a team of 60 recruiters, their challenge was to efficiently and accurately hire 350 employees per recruiter, without compromising on quality and ensuring an optimal candidate experience.

Candidates had to be manually reviewed, which was not only labor-intensive but also less appealing to applicants. The Selection Lab developed a tailored solution composed of two core components: the UCognify game-based assessment for measuring cognitive ability and AI video assessments for evaluating personality.
